ASIC Miner Academy License Agreement
The ASIC Miner Academy License Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for subscribers ("Subscribers") accessing online educational content and services provided by ASIC Miner Academy ("Service Provider"). Key provisions include:Purpose and Use of Service: The Service offers educational materials on PCB repair and diagnostic techniques for informational purposes only, not constituting professional advice. Subscribers are encouraged to independently verify information before application.
Subscriber Conduct: Subscribers must maintain respectful and professional behavior. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive actions are prohibited, with the Service Provider reserving the right to suspend or ban violators.
License and Access: Subscribers receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content per their subscription plan. Unauthorized activities such as reverse engineering, sharing credentials, or reproducing content without permission are forbidden.
Intellectual Property: All content is owned exclusively by the Service Provider. Subscribers retain ownership of their shared content but grant the Service Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for operating and promoting the Service.
Subscription and Payment Terms: Fees are processed as specified at purchase. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime by contacting support, but fees are non-refundable. Access remains until the end of the current billing cycle post-cancellation.
Service Availability: While efforts are made to maintain uptime, consistent availability isn't guaranteed. Planned maintenance or outages may occur without prior notice. Technical issues should be reported to support@asicmineracademy.com.
Legal Provisions: The Agreement is governed by Florida law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts in Broward County, Florida. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and agree that the prevailing party in any action is entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
Indemnification: Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider and its representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from the Subscriber's negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of the Agreement.
Privacy Policy: Subscriber privacy is prioritized. Details on data collection and protection are in the Privacy Policy at https://oriontaurus.io/privacy-policy. By subscribing, Subscribers agree to these terms.
This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties, superseding prior representations. Subscribers are advised to review the full Agreement to comprehend their rights and obligations fully.
